ITEM 8.01 Other Events. On October 1, 2024, the Company announced that it will be changing its name to Acadian Asset Management Inc., effective January 1, 2025. As part of the rebranding process, the Company's New York Stock Exchange symbol will change from BSIG to AAMI. Trading under the new name and symbol will begin on or about January 2, 2025. The New York Stock Exchange symbol for the Company's 4.800% notes due 2026 will change from BSIG 26 to AAMI 26.
