On September 5, 2024, the Company filed a Form 8-K reporting the resignation of Mr. Graham Martin in his capacity as non-executive Chairman of the Company. On September 6, 2024, the Company received an email from Mr. Graham disputing the facts contained in the Form 8-K stating that he had not resigned and will not resign unless he receives the sum of $170,000 representing a $10,000 a month director fee for 17 months.
