(the "Company") issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Also on July 30, 2024, the Company made available on the "Investors" page of its website at www.americanassetstrust.com certain supplemental information concerning the Company's financial results and operations for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Copies of the press release and supplemental information are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively. Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, are being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose, including for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section. In connection with Mr. Rady's transition to Executive Chairman, the Company and Mr. Rady anticipate entering into an amended and restated employment agreement. On July 25, 2024, the Board appointed Adam Wyll, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Company effective January 1, 2025.
