Bryan Read notified the Board of Directors of American Clean Resources Group, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as President of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Read's decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Read for his many years of service and contributions to the organization. For continuity, the duties previously carried by Mr. Read will be assumed by the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer.
