Item 8.01 – Other Events On September 25, 2025, Applied Energetics, Inc. established an Audit Committee and a Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors. Members of both committees include Bradford Adamczyk, Michael Alber and Scott Andrews, with Mr. Andrews serving as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and Mr. Alber as Chairman of the Audit Committee. As formed, these committees meet the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the OTCQB (which currently does not require that the company have such committees). The company intends to make any changes to the membership or charters of such committees as may be required to comply with applicable requirements in the future. 1
