(the "Company") issued a press release providing an update on its lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against Knighted Pastures, LLC, and certain affiliated persons, whereby on August 1, 2025, the court granted preliminary relief enjoining the vote of directors at the Company's annual meeting held on August 4, 2025. On August 12, 2025, the court issued its full order in support of its targeted preliminary relief. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
