(the " Company "), completed the sale of the 150-room Residence Inn San Diego Sorrento Mesa hotel located in San Diego, California pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, dated as of August 8, 2025, by and between Ashford Mira Mesa San Diego Limited Partnership, as seller, and Lily, LP, as successor in interest by assignment from DKN Ventures, LP, as purchaser, for $42 million in cash, subject to customary pro-rations and adjustments.
