Item 2.05 Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities Albany International Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release on February 14, 2025 relating to its Italian subsidiary's announcement that it will initiate consultations regarding its decision to restructure and consolidate manufacturing operations by transferring production and shuttering its engineered fabrics manufacturing facility in Ballo, Italy. The proposal is subject to local legal requirements, including notice and consultation with the representative body for local employees. Until consultations are concluded, the Company is unable reasonably to estimate the costs that it would expect to incur in connection with the proposed action. The Company will disclose the amount, type and timing of any such costs promptly after they are determined.
