(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $625 per share of its outstanding 10% Series A Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred"), with the record date for the dividend July 15, 2024 and the payment date July 31, 2024.
