Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On June 30, 2025, Autoliv, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Fredrik Westin had notified the Company of his intent to resign from his position as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance of the Company. In that press release, the resignation was stated as effective January 1, 2026, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. On December 29, 2025, Mr. Westin and the Company agreed to amend the effective resignation date to be March 31, 2026. Per the terms of his employment agreement, Mr. Westin is entitled to his normal compensation through the duration of his employment. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
