Merger On April 30, 2025, we completed our merger ("Merger") with Berry Global Group, Inc. ("Berry"), a global manufacturer of rigid and flexible packaging products, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") between Amcor, Aurora Spirit, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Berry dated, November 19, 2024.
