Item 8.01 Other Events On December 10, 2024, The Andersons, Inc. (the "Company") announced the appointment of Weston Heide and Mark Simmons as Executive Vice Presidents to lead the Agribusiness and Renewables segments effective January 1, 2025. The former Nutrient and Industrial and Trade segments will form the Agribusiness segment. The Renewables segment will substantially continue to operate as currently reported. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on December 10, 2024 is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
