Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On June 20, 2024, AM Best upgraded the financial strength rating of the primary insurance subsidiaries (the "Athene Group") of Athene Holding Ltd. ("AHL"), a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, Inc., including Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company, Athene Annuity and Life Company, Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company of New York, and Athene Annuity Re Ltd., to "A+" (Superior) from "A" (Excellent), and upgraded the long-term issuer credit rating of the Athene Group to "aa-" (Superior) from "a+" (Excellent). In addition, AM Best upgraded the long-term issuer credit rating of AHL to "a-" (Excellent) from "bbb+" (Good). The information included under this Item 7.01, "Regulation FD Disclosure" of this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished.
