Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On January 30, 2025, AppFolio, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. (c) On January 29, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Tim Eaton as the Company's interim Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Eaton, 36, has served as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer since October 25, 2024, Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer since 2022, and in various other leadership roles within the Company since 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Eaton worked in a variety of financial, strategic, and operational positions at Visa, Google, and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Eaton holds an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University, and is a CFA charterholder.
