Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. On August 12, 2024, Archrock, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Archrock Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership"), its wholly owned, indirect subsidiary, intends, subject to market and other conditions, to offer and sell to eligible purchasers $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the "Notes"). Archrock Partners Finance Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Partnership (together with the Partnership, the "Issuers"), will serve as co-issuer of the Notes. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
