Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On March 6, 2024, Amtech Systems, Inc. (the "Registrant" or the "Company") held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the Company's shareholders considered four proposals, each of which are described in detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement dated January 19, 2024. As of January 12, 2024, there were 14,190,977 shares of the Company's common stock issued, outstanding and eligible to vote on the proposals presented at the Annual Meeting. The total number of shares represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 10,654,298 or 75.07% of the shares eligible to vote. The voting results for each of the proposals are set forth below.
