(formerly named OIE ATPC Holdings (M) Sdn. Bhd.)("ATPC Green Energy"), entered into a Collaboration Agreement (the "Agreement") with B&H Intec Solution Sdn. Bhd.. ("B&H"), whereby B&H's founder and management team will join ATPC Green Energy as executive officers to lead the energy-saving solutions portfolio of ATPC Green Energy. They will also become shareholders in ATPC Green Energy, gaining a shareholding of 30%. On June 21, 2024, the Company issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing ATPC Green Energy entering into the Agreement.
