Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (the "Company") held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 16, 2024. Proxies were solicited pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
