Departure of Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer As previously announced on August 27, 2025, Michael Connaway, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, voluntarily resigned from his executive officer position, which was effective September 10, 2025. Mr. Connaway will remain available as an employee to assist with the transition of his responsibilities and will continue receiving his salary until September 30, 2025. No new compensatory arrangements were entered into in connection with his resignation.
