(the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share to be paid on October 9, 2025, to all holders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on September 25, 2025. On September 10, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the quarterly dividend.
