As of October 1, 2025, the Index will be the CoinDesk BCH CCIXber Reference Rate. As of October 1, 2025, the NAV and NAV per Share of the Trust will be calculated using the Index Price based on the CoinDesk BCH CCIXber Reference Rate. Prior to October 1, 2025, references to the "Index" in the Trust's filings with the SEC refer to the CoinDesk Bitcoin Cash Index (BCX). From and after October 1, 2025, references to the "Index" in the Trust's filings with the SEC will be to the CoinDesk BCH CCIXber Reference Rate. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Trust's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.
