Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS On March 6, 2024, BayCom Corp (the "Company") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing that the record date for the recently announced $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend on BayCom common stock has been adjusted to now occur on March 16, 2024. The payable date for the dividend was not adjusted and will be payable on April 12, 2024. A copy of the press release is filed with this report and incorporated herein by reference.
