Item 5.05. Amendments to the Registrant's Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics. Effective August 21, 2025, the Board of Directors of Belden Inc. approved the adoption of a new code of ethics for the Company, known as the Belden Code of Conduct (the "Code"). A copy of the Code is included in Exhibit 14.1 hereof.
