As previously disclosed, the Company and Kathy McDermott, the Company's former Chief Financial Officer, entered into a consulting agreement effective as of January 1, 2024, whereby Ms. McDermott agreed to consult with the Company to assist and support the Company's current Chief Financial Officer on an as-needed basis.
