Rosalind Master Fund L.P. is the record owner of 495,490 shares of Common Stock, 3,278,202 shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of B-1 preferred shares and 4,594,288 shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of B-3 preferred shares . Rosalind Advisors, Inc. is the investment advisor to RMF and may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of shares held by RMF. Steven Salamon is the portfolio manager of the Advisor and may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of shares held by RMF. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Advisor and Mr. Salamon disclaim beneficial ownership of the shares.
