(the " Company ") approved, and stockholders representing approximately 53.4% of the Company's outstanding voting power approved by written consent, an increase in the authorized shares of the Company's common stock, par value US$0.000001 (" Common Stock "), from 2,500,000,000 to 3,500,000,000 (the " Authorized Share Increase "). On December 11, 2025, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Second Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes 78.385 and 78.390 to effect the Authorized Share Increase.
