On March 6, 2024, the Company received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (" Nasdaq ") confirming that it has regained compliance with the annual shareholder meeting requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a). As previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 24, 2024, the Company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The Company is now in full compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements and will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
