03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation

Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year. Effective November 13, 2025, Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (the " Company ") changed its name to BNB Plus Corp., pursuant to an amendment to its amended and restated certificate of incorporation adopted by the Company's Board of Directors and filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware (the " Name Change "). Pursuant to the Delaware General Corporation Law, a stockholder vote was not necessary to effectuate the Name Change and it does not affect the rights of the Company's stockholders. The foregoing description of the amendment to the Company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the certificate of amendment, which is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
