On December 26, 2024, Boston Omaha Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the resignation of Bradford B. Briner from the Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2024, in connection with Mr. Briner's election as Treasurer of the State of North Carolina, a position he will assume on January 1, 2025. Mr. Briner's departure is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
