(the " Company ") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2025. Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. On October 21, 2025, the number of outstanding shares of the Company's Class B common stock represented less than 10% of the aggregate number of shares of the then outstanding Class A common stock and Class B common stock. As a result, in accordance with the terms of the Company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation, all outstanding shares of the Company's Class B common stock will automatically convert into the same number of shares of Class A common stock on the last trading day of the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2026.
