Approval of authorized share capital increase : It is hereby resolved as an Ordinary Resolution that the Company's authorized share capital be increased from US$3,500,000 divided into 340,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each and 10,000,000 Preference Shares of US$0.01 each to US$10,100,000 divided into 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each and 10,000,000 Preference Shares of US$0.01 each At the Meeting, a total of 106,894,178 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") and 1,000,000 Preference Shares (with 50 million votes) voted in person or by proxy, out of 319,965,103 outstanding Ordinary Shares and 1,000,000 Preference Shares entitled to vote at the Meeting.
