Journey Bank (the "Bank"), the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of Muncy Columbia Financial Corporation, filed Articles of Amendment with the Pennsylvania Department of State that became effective on August 15, 2025 changing the principal place of business of the Bank to 1199 Lightstreet Road, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania 17815. The former registered office of the Company and principal place of business of the Bank located at 232 East Street, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania 17815, will continue to operate as a branch office of the Bank.
