(“Concord Healthcare”), a subsidiary of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NYSE: CCM), which subsidiary is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKSE”) under the stock code 2453.HK, announced proposed implementation of the H share full circulation on April 30, 2024. Pursuant to the relevant guidelines, Concord Healthcare has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission in respect of the conversion of certain outstanding domestic shares (the “Domestic Shares”) into its H shares that are listed on the HKSE. Upon obtaining all the relevant approvals and having complied with all the applicable laws, regulations and rules, the Domestic Shares will be converted into H shares, and Concord Healthcare will apply for the listing of and permission to deal in such H shares on the HKSE.
