Appointment of Chief Financial Officer As previously disclosed by Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation (the "Company") in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on May 27, 2025, the Company appointed Apeksha Patel to serve as its Interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary, effective as of June 22, 2025. On August 22, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Ms. Patel as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective as of August 22, 2025. Other than the change in Ms. Patel's title, the terms of her employment with the Company remain the same as those disclosed by the Company in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on May 27, 2025.
