Item 8.01 Other Events. On September 30, 2024, the Company issued a press release providing updates on the impact of Hurricane Helene. The Company confirmed that all employees and infrastructure are safe, with no material damage reported at its sites. CleanSpark temporarily shut down approximately 365 MW of capacity in Southeast Georgia as a precautionary measure during the hurricane. Through coordinated efforts with local utilities, approximately 200 MW has been brought back online, and full restoration is expected by October 4, 2024. The Company's hashrate currently stands at approximately 22 EH/s, with an expected return to full operations at approximately 28 EH/s once all sites are fully re-energized.
