Item 8.01 Regulation FD Disclosure Other Events On May 28, 2024, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") declared a special cash dividend of $0.08 per ordinary share (i.e., an aggregate of $617,303.92) (the "Dividend"), to be paid to all holders of record as of June 13, 2024 of its outstanding ordinary shares. The Dividend is payable on June 27, 2024. As of June 14, 2024, the Company had 7,716,299 shares of its common stock outstanding.
