Greco notified Centene Corporation (the Company) of his resignation, including from his service on the Compensation and Talent Committee and the Governance Committee, effective August 22, 2025. Mr. Greco's resignation was due to increased professional responsibilities resulting from his recent appointment as chief executive officer of FleetPride, Inc., a privately-held automotive parts company. His resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company's Board of Directors (the Board) on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. Effective as of Mr. Greco's resignation, the Board reduced the number of directors constituting the Board to nine directors.
