Item 8.01 Other Events On October 30, 2025, Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the "Company") was advised that the lenders under its Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated July 12, 2022 (as amended, the "Credit Agreement"), agreed to extend to November 10, 2025 the deadline for delivery of certain restated financial statements as specified in the Third Forbearance Agreement, dated October 10, 2025. No other amendments, waivers, or modifications were made to the Credit Agreement.
