Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On November 18, 2025, Compass Diversified Holdings (the " Trust " and, together with Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the " Company "), " CODI ") received an extension for continued listing and trading of the Trust's securities on the New York Stock Exchange (the " NYSE "). The extension, which is subject to ongoing reassessment by the NYSE, provides CODI with an additional trading period through January 20, 2026 to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the " SEC ") (i) its restated financial reports for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 through an amendment to CODI's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and (ii) CODI's Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the periods ended March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2025.
