Item 8.01 Other Events. On September 15, 2025, CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. redeemed all of its outstanding 5.95% Fixed to Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2030 (the "Subordinated Notes"). The Subordinated Notes were originally issued in the principal amount of $15,000,000. The Subordinated Notes were redeemed at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to but excluding the redemption date of September 15, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the Subordinated Notes, dated September 9, 2020.
