Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders . The 2024 annual meeting of stockholders ("2024 Annual Meeting") of Corebridge Financial, Inc. (the "Company") was held on June 21, 2024, via live webcast, for the following purposes: (i) to elect directors to hold office until the Company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified; (ii) to hold a non-binding advisory vote on the 2023 compensation of the Company's named executive officers; and (iii) to ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm, as the Company's auditor for the year ending December 31, 2024.
