Item 8.01. Other Events. As previously disclosed, Crown Electrokinetics Corp. (the "Company") requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the "Panel") to present its plan and request an extension to evidence compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a). The hearing was held on May 7, 2024. By letter dated June 11, 2024, the Company was notified that the Panel had granted the Company's request for continued listing on Nasdaq subject to, among other interim conditions, the Company's compliance with all applicable criteria for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market by July 23, 2024. The Company is taking definitive steps to timely satisfy the conditions set forth in the Panel's decision; however, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to do so.
