("Commvault") and Somerset Development, LLC entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") for the sale of Commvault's corporate headquarters located at One Commvault Way, Tinton Falls, New Jersey (the "Property") for $36,000,000. Consummation of the sale is subject to customary closing conditions, with a closing expected in the second half of Commvault's fiscal year. A copy of the Agreement is included as Exhibit 10.1.
