Item 7.01 . Regulation FD Disclosure. . On September 16 - September 17, 2024, Stephen Bianchi, Chairman, President & CEO of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), and James S. Broucek, CFO of the Company, will participate in a meeting with institutional investors at the Janney Financial Services Conference in Washington, DC. As part of the conference, the Company's management will provide a presentation to certain participants in attendance regarding certain matters impacting the Company and its operating results.
