Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On July 25, 2024, Darling Ingredients Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 29, 2024. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, July 25, 2024 to discuss these financial results.
