Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition. On October 23, 2025, Darling Ingredients Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 27, 2025. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, October 23, 2025 to discuss these financial results.
