At-the-Market Offering Update On October 21, 2022, the Company entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement (the "Distribution Agreement") with BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Canaccord Genuity LLC . As of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company has sold shares of its common stock ("Common Stock") pursuant to a prospectus supplement for gross proceeds of approximately $29.5 million under the Distribution Agreement. The Company intends to file an amendment to the prospectus supplement to increase the dollar amount of Common Stock available to be sold pursuant to the Distribution Agreement to $50 million on or about December 12, 2024.
