Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On December 29, 2025, DevvStream Corp. (the " Company ") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the " Annual Meeting "). At the Annual Meeting, the Shareholders considered four proposals, which are described in more detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 18, 2025. Of the 3,841,642 shares outstanding as of the record date, 2,130,607 shares, or 55.46%, were present virtually or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting. Set forth below are the results of the matter submitted for a vote at the Annual Meeting. Proposal 1 : Election of five nominees to serve as directors until the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders and until their respective successors are elected and qualified.
