On December 23, 2024, Doug Moran, Dream Finders Homes, Inc.'s (the "Company" or "DFH") first and only Chief Operating Officer ("COO"), has decided to transition to a non-executive officer role within the Company, enabling him to better manage his health with significantly reduced travel. Doug – an incredible leader and mentor for so many at the Company – will serve the Company in a newly-created National President role. DFH's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Zalupski, said, "I, and every DFH shareholder, am thankful for Doug's significant contributions to our success since his hiring in 2014 and am enthusiastic to partner with him in this newly defined role."
