Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. On June 3, 2024, Diversified Healthcare Trust, or the Company, posted to its website an investor presentation, or the New Presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The New Presentation adds disclosure regarding the closing of a $120 million mortgage loan on May 30, 2024. In addition, the New Presentation corrects and updates the presentation furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K dated May 21, 2024, or the Original Presentation, to fix a clerical error to reflect that on page 7 of the New Presentation the guidance is for SHOP Revenue Growth, rather than SHOP RevPOR Growth. The New Presentation, as corrected and updated, supersedes in its entirety the Original Presentation.
